An East Toledo man charged with firing a shot at his cousin, grazing his head, was arraigned yesterday in Toledo Municipal Court.

James Uhlenberg, 38, of 1616 Botkins Drive was being held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond on a felonious assault charge. He was arrested early Sunday morning at Toledo Hospital, police said.

He is accused of shooting Jeffrey Morris, 39, also of the Botkins address, during a confrontation at their home early Saturday morning. Mr. Morris was treated at St. Charles Mercy Hospital.

After the shooting, Mr. Morris fled to a nearby convenience store, where employees called 911. He told police he believed Mr. Uhlenberg was at the residence.
