Man pleads no contest to raping 2 teenage boys

An Oregon man accused of sexually assaulting two teenage boys and downloading video of the molestations onto his computer entered into a plea agreement in Lucas County Common Pleas Court yesterday.

Jerry Foks, 42, of 1708 South Shore Rd., pleaded no contest to two counts each of rape, disseminating material harmful to juveniles, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Judge Jack Zouhary accepted the plea and found Foks guilty of the crimes. He will be sentenced Sept. 13.

Foks was arrested in May after one of the victims told a relative about the abuse. Oregon police searched his home and found a compact disk that contained a video recording of him having sex with one of the victims.

The 13-year-old and 17-year-old victims, who are brothers, told authorities the molestation began in October, 1999, and continued for five years.

Foks, who was released from jail after posting a $150,000 bond, could receive 32 years in prison.
