FOSTORIA A female prisoner remained at large yesterday after escaping from the Fostoria Police Department on Saturday.

Police said inmate Joey Taulker, who has asthma, complained of having difficulty breathing.

The day-shift jailer brought inmate Taulker to the lobby so she could get some fresh air to help her breathing, and secured her to a chair. After the officer went into the office, Taulker escaped and ran out the door, police said in a news release.

Additional charges are pending against the woman, police said. No additional information was available last night.
