A Toledo man was arrested yesterday after he was caught breaking into Lincoln Elementary School, police said, and he may be involved in several other school break-ins.

Theodore Robinson, 37, who had addresses on Prospect Avenue and Collingwood Boulevard, was being held in the Lucas County jail on two counts of breaking and entering.

He is to be arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court.

He was caught breaking into the school, 1801 North Detroit Ave., about 4:10 a.m. He also is charged with breaking into St. Patrick of Heatherdowns School, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd., on Aug. 24. Police said televisions and videocassette recorders were taken.

Detectives said 10 break-ins have been reported at schools in Toledo from Aug. 25 through yesterday, including one Wednesday night at Robinson Junior High, 1007 Grand Ave., in which a television was taken. Academy and charter schools also have been broken into.
