An arrest warrant was issued yesterday for a Toledo man, charging him with the Jan. 18 shooting death of a Chicago man at a house on Mentor Drive, police said.

Patrick Munn, 28, of 1018 Eve sham Ave., was charged with aggravated murder in the fatal shooting of Israel Benitez, who was found in his van in a parking lot at Cherry Street and Central Avenue.

Mr. Munn is the second man accused in the case. James Munn, 40, who police allege was the triggerman, remains in the Lucas County jail awaiting a trial set for Nov. 7. He was arrested a few days after the shooting and indicted on aggravated murder and aggravated robbery charges.
