Toledo man faces charge in Sylvania-area break-in
9/17/2005A West Toledo man was arrested yesterday for a burglary Tuesday at a home at 2613 Moffat Drive in Sylvania Township, authorities said.
Timothy Krueger, 23, of 3839 Hazelhurst Ave., who was charged with aggravated burglary, was being held in the Lucas County jail pending an appearance Monday in Sylvania Municipal Court.
A man wearing a ski mask and carrying what looked like a handgun forced his way into the home after knocking on the front door.
After a scuffle with the home owner, during which his mask was pulled off, the suspect fled, police said.
