Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program about a man who robbed a South Toledo bank last month.

The robber entered the National City Bank branch, 4 South Reynolds Rd., at Hill Avenue about 3 p.m. Oct. 26. He acted as if he was taking his identification from his wallet, but then announced the holdup. He asked for hundreds and fled westbound on Hill after receiving money, police said.

He was described as white, in his 40s, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds, with white hair. His face was unshaven; he was wearing a light blue denim shirt and jeans.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Crime Stopper program. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
