OAK HARBOR, Ohio - Charges are pending against a 15-year-old Oak Harbor girl and her father after officers found several ounces of marijuana and more than 15 bottles of prescription medication at their residence on Friday, according to agents at the Ottawa County Drug Task Force.

With help from the Carroll Township Police Department and the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office, authorities obtained a search warrant for their mobile home at 10655 West State Rt. 2, where they found marijuana worth between $400 to $600, prescription medication in several unmarked bottles, and other drug paraphernalia, said Agent Don St. Clair, of the task force.

He said the drugs were sent to the state Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation lab for analysis, which could take up to 30 days.

Once the investigation is complete, Mr. St. Clair said the case will be turned over to the Ottawa County Prosecutor's Office to determine if it warrants charges.
