Police officer sworn in by mayor of Fostoria

FOSTORIA A police officer who was a colleague of Fostoria police Chief John McGuire in Cleveland is the city s newest police officer.

Brian D. Hartnett was sworn in by Mayor John Davoli.

Mr. Hartnett worked for Chief McGuire at the Cleveland Local Schools Police Department. He also worked part time for the Highland Hills and Kelleys Island police departments and served in the Marine Corps.
