A 26-year-old woman was arrested and charged Friday with the robbery earlier in the day of the Sun Federal Credit Union, 2627 Tremainsville Rd., police said.

Jeneen R. Autry, of 2646 Christie St., Apt. D, who was charged with robbery, was being held in the Lucas County jail pending arraignment tomorrow in Toledo Municipal Court.

A woman entered the credit union about 4:50 p.m., stated she had a gun, demanded money, and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Officers checked an apartment complex at 2625 Tremainsville and found Ms. Autry in a hallway. A tenant told police that Ms. Autry used her telephone and bathroom. Officers found money they believe was from the robbery and clothes they believe the suspect wore during the holdup hidden under towels beneath the bathroom sink, police said.
