Some contents of a stolen Wood County emergency response trailer were recovered by Toledo police Wednesday near a car wash on Lagrange Street, a Wood County official said.

Brad Gilbert, director of the Wood County Emergency Management Agency, said yesterday that among the items recovered was a decontamination tent, valued at $24,254.

Mr. Gilbert said Bowling Green police picked up the tent and are holding it as evidence.

The trailer, which had yet to be recovered as of yesterday, came up missing from a parking lot at Wood County Hospital on Tuesday evening.

The trailer is white but has no identifying marks. It is owned by the emergency management agency and leased to the hospital.
