Tiffin sobriety check nets 4 arrests for intoxicated driving

TIFFIN - The Ohio State Highway Patrol and other agencies made four arrests for driving a vehicle intoxicated during a sobriety checkpoint operation at West Market Street, east of U.S. 224, from 10 p.m. to midnight Friday.

Authorities stopped 214 vehicles during the investigation, a highway patrol spokesman said. Two individuals were also charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

The Tiffin Police Department and Seneca County Sheriff's Department assisted at the checkpoint.
