A 35-year-old Toledo man convicted of bank robbery who fled a halfway house Sunday turned himself in to Toledo police yesterday.
James Lee Adams was convicted in 2001 in U.S. District Court for the robbery Dec. 20, 2000, of the KeyBank at 3031 Collingwood Blvd.
Adams was completing an 84-month sentence when he left the halfway house.
Adams was being held at the Lucas County jail pending a ruling from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, which will determine how much time he will receive in the federal penitentiary system, authorities said.
