Man shot in Lima

LIMA A man was shot in the leg early this morning in the 800 block of St. Johns Avenue near the central part of the city, police said.

The man, whose name and condition were not released, was taken to Lima Memorial Hospital.

The shooting occurred about 4 a.m. at 848 St. Johns, officers said. They released no further details of the shooting this morning.
