$100,000 West Toledo fire deemed suspicious

The origin of a fire that caused more than $100,000 damage to a West Toledo house yesterday was suspicious, authorities said.

Firefighters responded to a blaze about 1:50 a.m. at the one-story house at 5817 Donnelly Rd., near West Alexis Road.

The house was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived. No one was home at the time, authorities said.
