A Toledo man was struck in the stomach with a bullet fragment Sunday night in the Old South End when another man fired a revolver after a verbal altercation, Toledo police said.
William Holden, the victim, refused medical treatment, officers said.
Mr. Holden and two other men were arguing at 6:50 p.m. in the 200 block of Maumee Avenue near Segur Avenue when one of them showed a revolver, fired a round in his direction, and fled in a pickup truck, they said.
Police are looking for the suspects.
