Woman holds up bank in Monroe-Talmadge area

A woman in a black hat yesterday robbed the Charter One Bank branch at 5072 Monroe St. near Talmadge Road of an undisclosed amount of money, authorities said.
The woman entered the bank just after 9 a.m., approached a bank teller, demanded and received the money, and then walked out of the bank, FBI said.
The woman was described as about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, in her mid-40s, and of medium build. She wore a long black skirt, black rain jacket, and glasses.
