Body found behind Erie Street Market
11/13/2007The body of an unidentified female was found this afternoon on rocks near Swan Creek behind the Erie Street Market, according to the Lucas County Coroner's Office.
Her motorized wheelchair was in the water nearby.
A man, who walked along the docks near the water, saw the body and called 911, said Steve Kahle, a coroner's investigator.
Mr. Kahle said the woman was pronounced dead about 2:15 p.m. He said there was no obvious sign of trauma or foul play and the investigation continues.
