U.S. Marshals look for escapee, man wanted in credit card fraud

    U.S. Marshals in Toledo are seeking information on the whereabouts of a convicted felon who escaped Sept. 6, 2007, from the Lucas County work-release program as well as a man wanted for credit card and loan fraud.

    Ryan Goucher, 34, was convicted in April on two counts of robbery and sentenced to five years of community control and three months in the county work-release program.

    He is a known drug user and has a criminal history of domestic violence, battery, and theft.

    Goucher was described as being about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds, authorities said.

    Carlos Peak, 37, is wanted by the U.S. Secret Service for credit card and loan fraud. Authorities said he is known to stay with his father on Southard Avenue near downtown Toledo.

    He has a criminal history of assault, weapons, and drug charges.

    He was described as being about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds and has a tattoo of a bulldog on his chest, authorities said.

    Anyone with information is asked to call the Toledo office of the U.S. Marshals Service at 1-866-4-WANTED. Callers may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
