Toledo police are seeking information on the whereabouts of Renaldo Perry, 47, who hasn't been heard from or seen in a couple of months, authorities said.
His Minnesota driver's license was being used by Willie Washington, who was a second-floor tenant at 1025 Marmion Ave., where the body of Gordon Wright was discovered about
8:30 p.m. on Feb. 13 after the duplex was set on fire, authorities said.
Mr. Washington had Mr. Perry's license when he was arrested last week in Flint, Mich., on a parole violation.
Police are concerned for Mr. Perry's safety. He is described as black, 6 feet tall, and weighing 192 pounds.
Anyone with information about him is asked to call the Crime Stopper program at 419-255-1111.
