Man in bar parking lot is robbed at gunpoint

A Toledo man had a gun put to his head during a robbery Thursday in a West Toledo parking lot, police said.

Mike Zacharias, 38, left the Tropics Lounge, 1538 West Sylvania Ave., about midnight when he was approached by four men.

The suspects told Mr. Zacharias to give them everything he had, but he refused, police said.

One man pushed him to the ground, pulled out a handgun, and put it to his head. The other suspects went through his pockets and took his wallet and cell phone. They then fled toward Jackman Road, police said.
