Tips sought on attempt to urge child into truck in Perrysburg

Perrysburg police are seeking information about an incident June 24 during which a man tried to entice a 10-year-old child to get into his pickup, authorities said.

A white man in his 50s driving a two-tone silver truck approached the child about 5:45 p.m. in the Riverford subdivision.

He told the child, whose gender was not released, to get in the truck. The child screamed and rode away on a bike, authorities said.
