Authorities investigating a three-week-old infant s death Saturday morning have ruled out traumatic injury, but are waiting on test results to provide further information.

Dr. Maneesha Pandey, a Lucas County deputy coroner who performed an autopsy on the body of Tyland Brown yesterday morning, said toxicology and blood-culture test returns are expected in several weeks.

No trauma was found during the autopsy, Dr. Pandey said, and detectives continue to investigate the circumstances of the infant s death. Officials had said Saturday there were no obvious signs of foul play.

Authorities took the boy to Toledo Hospital after receiving a report of an unresponsive child about 9 a.m. Saturday at a home in the 400 block of Southgate Circle Drive in South Toledo. He was pronounced dead at the hospital about 40 minutes later.
