Holland Road to be site of sobriety checkpoint

The Lucas County OVI Task Force will hold a sobriety checkpoint from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. Thursday night on Holland Road in the city of Maumee.

Traffic in the southbound lanes of the 1600 block of Holland Road will be diverted through the checkpoint.

The task force will operate in conjunction with Toledo Area Metroparks and police forces from Maumee, Waterville and Whitehouse.
