Woman sought in West Toledo bank robbery
3/25/2011Police are looking for a woman who robbed a Charter One Bank branch in West Toledo on Thursday.
Authorities said the woman entered the Hampton Park branch of Charter One at 4260 Monroe St. about noon and demanded money.
After a teller complied, she fled with cash and a dye pack, police said.
The woman was described as black, in her 40s, of thin build, and about 5 feet, 4 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a red sweater and a dark jacket, according to police.
She was last seen driving away in what police said could be a black Saab.
