Paulding County SUV crash near Antwerp injures 4

ANTWERP, Ohio — Four people were injured Saturday night when the sport utility vehicle they were traveling in went off the road and overturned several times about five miles northeast of this Paulding County village.

The driver, Amy J. Flohe, 38, of Hicksville, Ohio, was in fair condition Sunday night at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind., where the left, rear passenger, Carl T. Clark, 41, also of Hicksville, was in serious condition. The front passenger, Mary J. McCalla, 39, of Garrett, Ind., was flown by air ambulance to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. The rear right passenger, Shane M. Flohe, 42, of Hicksville, was taken to Community Memorial Hospital in Hicksville. No information was available on the condition of the other two.

Troopers with the Ohio Highway Patrol's Van Wert post said Ms. Flohe's vehicle was northbound on Paulding County Road 73 just north of County Road 230 about 11 p.m.

Both Ms. Flohe and Mr. Clark were extricated.

Mr. Flohe was ejected.
