MONTPELIER, Ohio -- Bond was set at $100,000 Tuesday for a Utah man who was arrested after state highway patrol troopers stopped the vehicle he was driving on the turnpike near Montpelier and found an estimated $320,000 in hydroponic marijuana inside, authorities said.

Craig Robbins, 64, of Salt Lake City had a video arraignment at Bryan Municipal Court on charges of possession of marijuana and trafficking of marijuana. He was ordered held in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio in lieu of the bond pending his next court appearance.

Troopers stopped a rented full size sedan with Rhode Island plates about 10:55 a.m. Monday for following too closely.

The street value of the seized drug was approaching $320,000, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol. If convicted, the man could face up to 16 years in prison and a $30,000 fine.
