BRYAN -- A Stryker-area teen was in good condition in Toledo Hospital, where he was flown after losing control of a pickup two miles south of Bryan early Saturday.
Kollin C. Woolace, 18, was westbound about 7:45 a.m. on Williams-Defiance County Line Road west of County Road 14 in Defiance County's Washington Township, when the truck struck the steel bridge over Lick Creek, peeling off a section of guardrail, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol's Defiance post.
The truck flipped and struck the bridge, trapping Mr. Woolace inside.
He was cited for operating without reasonable control.
