Woman holds up South Toledo Charter One Bank
5/25/2011A professionally dressed woman robbed a South Toledo bank at gunpoint Tuesday, police reported.
The woman, armed with handguns, entered the Charter One Bank at 1501 South Detroit Ave. about 1 p.m. and demanded money from a teller.
The teller gave the woman an undisclosed amount of cash.
The woman is described as about 30 years old with a medium complexion. She is about 5 feet, 3 inches to 5 feet, 5 inches tall and of thin build, authorities said.
She was wearing a pink blouse, brown skirt, heels, and large sunglasses. She carried a tan canvas purse.
She was last seen on Lombard Avenue by herself, driving a dark midsized late-model sedan.
No injuries were reported.
