Man shot in the arm in central Toledo

Toledo Police reported a shooting in central Toledo early Sunday morning.

According to the report, an armed suspect shot victim Tyler Althouse in the arm at 1938 Perth at 5:25 a.m.

The suspect is charged with felonious assault.
