“He’s a dangerous individual that we would like to get off the streets,” Sergeant Noble said.

The shootings tend to be the result of minor arguments, and the “erratic behavior,” as described to police by family members, possibly stems from “traumatic experiences in his life.”

Police think the teen is somewhere in the city’s north end where he has family members.

He is a black male, about 5 feet, 5 inches, and weighs 170 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
