3 arrested in fight at Ottawa County home

ROCKY RIDGE, Ohio — Charges are pending against three people arrested Sunday in an incident involving a shotgun at a residence near Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, authorities said.

Gregory Buhrow, 22, Alexander Long, 19, and Gilbert Bailey, also 19, addresses unavailable, were arrested after the 7:26 p.m. incident at a residence in the 5000 block of State Rt. 590 near State Rt. 2 in Ottawa County’s Benton Township, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff’s deputies responding to a report of a fight involving a shotgun arrived about 7:30 p.m. at a residence in the 5000 block of State Rt. 590 near State Rt. 2 in Ottawa County’s Benton Township.

The first deputy on the scene in front of the residence saw two men fighting, and they were arrested, according to the sheriff’s office. A third suspect ran into the residence and was arrested after he exited the residence after a standoff, authorities said.

Several firearms and drug paraphernalia were recovered from the residence, according to the sheriff’s office.
