Findlay man arrested in stabbing after party

FINDLAY — A 20-year-old Findlay man was arrested in the stabbing Monday of Matthew Creakman in the 400 block of Davis Street.

Police said Cipriano Palacios, Jr., was charged with felonious assault in the incident that occurred at 3:26 a.m. after he and the victim had left a party on the same street.

Mr. Palacios is being held in the Hancock County jail. Mr. Creakman, 21, of Findlay was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital where he remained Monday night, although no condition was listed, a hospital spokesman said.
