Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers arrested a Colorado man after they found 21 pounds of hydroponic marijuana in a full-size sedan traveling on the Ohio Turnpike.

Ilya Klyuchnikov, 33, of Greenwood Village, Colo., was stopped about 1:36 p.m. Tuesday on the turnpike near Perrysburg for a marked-lanes violation and for wearing headphones.

A drug-sniffing canine found the marijuana, valued at more than $100,000. Hydroponic marijuana is grown indoors using a system of tubes and filters with water and fertilizers.

The suspect is charged with drug abuse, trafficking marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
