A man and a woman will be arraigned Toledo Municipal Court on Friday, accused of robbing a pizza delivery driver with a fake gun.

Michael Jordan, 43, and Shanale Babb-Morman, 24, both reportedly homeless, are each charged with aggravated robbery.

Authorities say they robbed Jeff Stockman about 3:30 a.m. Thursday in the 1500 block of Hirzel Street, according to a police report. Police say the victim was robbed and got into a fight with one of the men, who had a toy gun. The suspects were found by officers in a vacant house on Hirzel, with a Cottage Inn pizza delivery bag, $14 — the amount stolen from the driver — a crack pipe, and a broken toy gun, police said.
