Toledo police officers working a holiday traffic blitz did not arrest any drunken drivers, authorities said.

The St. Patrick’s Day blitz did net 47 speeding citations, nine for driving under suspension or not having an operator’s license, and six seat belt violations in the 77 traffic stops.

The blitz was funded by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration through a grant from the state’s Department of Criminal Justice Services.
