FREMONT — Bond was set at $125,000 Monday for a Fremont man charged with robbing a convenience store early Sunday.

Bruce Hush, 45, was arrested by Fremont police Sunday on charges of aggravated robbery, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and tampering with evidence. He is being held in the Sandusky County jail.

According to police reports, a robber armed with a knife held up the Circle K on East State Street about 3:30 a.m. Sunday. Police said they recovered a butcher knife and a multi-colored clown wig believed to have been used in the hold-up near the store.
