A Toledo man accused in a November shooting that resulted in the death of a 23-year-old man has been indicted by a Lucas County grand jury and will be arraigned Monday by Judge Stacy Cook.

Quintin Helm, 21, of 635 E. Hudson St., was charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery, each with a gun specification. If convicted, he faces life in prison.

Helm is accused in the Nov. 30 shooting death of Tyrone Patterson, Jr., who authorities say was shot Nov. 30 at East Delaware Avenue and Walnut Street. He is in custody at the county jail in lieu of $750,000 bond.

Helm was arrested earlier this month when a reward prompted calls about his whereabouts. At the time of the shooting, he was on community control for a 2010 burglary conviction.
