Toledo police said this afternoon that no arrests have been made in any of the nine shootings that shook the city Tuesday and Wednesday.

Authorities said victims were not cooperating, making the ongoing investigations difficult.

On Wednesday, Toledo police Chief Derrick Diggs said the community needs to step up and report any information to investigators.

“The community has not stepped up the way it needs to,” Chief Diggs said.

Seven of the shooting victims sustained non-life threatening injuries; two Toledoans, Antwoine Huggins, 24, and Omar Sutton, 19, were killed.

Anyone with information on the shootings is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
