  • The search for two Toledo brothers wanted for their roles in a fatal shooting in Perrysburg Township is over, after authorities took the second man into custody Wednesday.

    Both Jose Moya, Jr., 23, and Raul Moya, 18, were arraigned Wednesday in Perrysburg Municipal Court.

    The elder Moya, who turned himself in to authorities Tuesday, was arraigned Wednesday morning on a murder charge. Bond was set at $545,000, including $500,000 for the murder count and $45,000 for previous, unrelated charges of aggravated menacing, falsification, and obstruction of official business.

    Authorities said he killed 21-year-old Leandra Frankum, his on-again, off-again girlfriend, who was found shot in the head Sunday afternoon in the hallway of a house at 25864 Broad St. in Perrysburg Heights.
