Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program about a morning robbery at a West Toledo convenience store last week.

A man entered Secor Carryout, 3241 Dorr St., on Aug. 4 about 9:20 a.m., walked behind the counter, pulled a knife, and grabbed money from the cash register, police said. A store employee then pulled a gun and told the man to drop the money and leave the store, according to the police report.

The robber then ran out of the store, dropped the money in the parking lot, got into a gray Chrysler 300 sedan, and drove away, police said.

The robber was described as black, about 6 feet and 2 inches tall, weighing about 245 pounds, and with black hair.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the Crime Stopper program at 419-255-1111.
