Speed cameras on Trail to be functional today

Come noon today, Toledo's first speed-only enforcement cameras will be fully operational.

The photo-enforcement camera on Anthony Wayne Trail between South Avenue and the Toledo Zoo entrance are the first not located at intersections to enforce red-light compliance.

Police said the system has been undergoing testing and certification for the past week.
