Two Toledo teens accused of stealing a pizza delivery driver's car Wednesday night appeared in court Thursday morning.

Bradley Clark, 18, of 321 Plymouth St. is charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000 during his arraignment in Toledo Municipal Court.

A second teen, a minor, was charged with receiving stolen property and ordered to community control during a detention hearing. Lucas County Assistant Prosecutor Lori Olender said the juvenile was a passenger in the vehicle.

When Michael Miloajczyk, 45, a Marco's Pizza driver, took an order to 357 Alva St., a vacant house, at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, two males sitting on a porch next door asked if the order was for "Jason," then directed Mr. Miloajczyk to the rear of the house when he confirmed it was, Toledo police reported.

As he walked toward the back, the driver turned to see two people drive off in his car. Eight minutes later, police saw a vehicle matching the stolen car's description -- minus the pizza sign on the roof -- and arrested the teens.

Mr. Clark's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
