Police identify man shot Tuesday on east side

Toledo police on Wednesday identified Kenneth Collins as the person shot on the city’s east side the day before.

Just before 4 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a report of a person shot on the east side. The victim was reported to be shot in the leg in the 1100 block of Sisson Drive in the vicinity of the Weiler Homes, police said. Police have not released a motive, and there have been no arrests.
