Man, 26, shot in East Toledo

A 26-year-old man was shot early today, possibly in the 600 block of Platt Street in East Toledo.

Police identified the victim as Walter Woodson, of Toledo.

Authorities said the victim was not cooperating with law enforcement and, officials aren't certain of the crime scene.

The shooting was reported to have happened about 1:45 a.m., but wasn't reported to police until about 2:30 a.m.

No arrests have been made.
