Toledo police were looking for two men who robbed a KeyBank branch in South Toledo of an unknown amount of cash today, injuring a bank employee, authorities said.
The victim, whose name was not released, was treated at the scene for a bump to her head, Toledo police Sgt. Phil Toney said.
Two men entered the bank at 2161 South Byrne Rd. about 9:30 a.m., jumped the counter, and grabbed money from cash drawers. In the process, one of them pushed a bank employee, causing her to hit her head on a file cabinet, Sgt. Toney said.
Police later recovered a light blue 4-door Buick that was listed as stolen and that was allegedly used as the getaway vehicle.
The men were wearing masks. Both were of medium build. One was about 6 feet tall and the other was about 5 feet and 6 inches tall, police said.
There was no word of arrests.
