Toledo police Lt. Michael Troendle, who is promoted to captain, salutes Chief Derrick Diggs during ceremonies at One Government Center. Also promoted Friday were Sgt. Todd Miller, to lieutenant, and Officers Michael Koperski, Anthony Gillen, and Willa Norris, to sergeant.
