Tiffin man, 62, charged with heroin trafficking

TIFFIN — A 62-year-old Tiffin man has been charged with trafficking in heroin after an investigation by the Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit.

Robert J. Allison was arrested Thursday on State Rt. 53. He is being held in Seneca County’s jail.
