CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Police in Macomb County's Clinton Township are looking for a 15-year-old boy who has been missing for more than a week.

Township police Capt. Richard Maierle says Dakota Strine last was seen Nov. 16. He took out the trash and didn't return.

Dakota's mother, Kelly Rowland, says her son has run away before, but has never been gone for this long. Rowland says: “We've always found him within an hour, but he's been gone over a week, including missing a holiday.”

Rowland has passed out fliers in her neighborhood.

Dakota is a ninth-grader at Fraser High School. He's 5-foot-8, 158 pounds and has light brown hair and hazel eyes. Rowland says he last was seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and black and blue sneakers.
