Toledo police obtain warrant for shooting suspect

Toledo police have obtained an arrest warrant for a city man wanted for shooting at a central-city duplex after confronting one of its occupants today.

Quincy L. Allen, 20, of 1343 Oak Hill Court, is accused of felonious assault, with a weapon specification, in connection with the incident at 841 Vance St., just after 12:30 p.m.

Police said the suspect fired at least 10 shots at the house after the victim went back inside following his confrontation. Bullets struck the door, walls, and interior of the dwelling, but no one was injured.

According to the warrant, the victim knows the accused from the neighborhood and identified him from a photo array.
